About Feminal

Feminal is a reproductive health app developed by Quinstru OÜ. It helps people track cycles, symptoms, medicines and health records, prepare for appointments, and share information with a linked clinician when they choose.

Who it is for

Anyone who wants their reproductive health to be recorded rather than remembered: people tracking a cycle, trying to conceive, going through fertility treatment, pregnant or postnatal, or navigating perimenopause. It is also used by clinicians whose patients choose to link their record, giving them the thirty days between appointments instead of a single snapshot.

Who operates it

Feminal is a product of Quinstru OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (EU). Quinstru is the legal entity behind the app and the data controller described in the privacy policy.

What Alina does

Alina is the assistant inside Feminal. She answers questions in the context of your own record — your cycle history, your symptoms, your patterns — rather than giving generic advice, and can help you work out what is worth raising with a clinician. Alina supports a conversation with your clinician; she does not replace one.

What Feminal does not do

Feminal does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or provide emergency care, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. If something is urgent, contact your doctor or emergency services. Feminal is a wellness and educational platform: it organises your information and helps you and your clinician see it clearly.

Your data

Health data is field-encrypted, encrypted in transit, never sold, and never used to train models. A clinician sees your record only once you link with them. The detail is in the privacy policy and the terms of use.
